Stuff the Bus

Meaningful Mondays at Poppy Den

Visit Poppy Den by Chef Angelo Sosa for a delicious, gourmet dinner while supporting CISN. As part of the Meaningful Mondays program, 20 percent of all proceeds that evening will be donated back to the organization.

 

 

RTC Viva Bike Vegas 2013 Gran Fondo Pinarello

Start training for the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada’s 6th Annual Viva Bike Vegas Gran Fondo community-wide bicycle event benefiting charities, including Communities In Schools of Nevada. It’s the Tour de France Vegas Style and the only ride that takes you through The Strip and entire Las Vegas Valley from the heart of Sin City to the vistas of the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and scenic trails near Lake Mead National Park.

 

 

Life is Beautiful: Take A Stand Dinner

Take A Stand features Elizabeth Blau and Hubert Keller at the grand opening in an event that benefits Three Square Food Bank and Communities In Schools. The charity dinner will feature eight award-winning chefs serving eight courses in various styles throughout the night paired with wines and cocktails by Wirtz Beverage mixologists and sommeliers. Chefs participating here include Keller, Michael Mina, Todd English, Akira Back, Paul Bartolotta, Grant MacPherson, Charlie Palmer and Megan Romano. This exclusive $5,000 dinner will take place at a secret location on Oct. 25 as a launch to the weekend.

 

 

Harvest for Hope

The third annual Harvest for Hope will feature a night of fall fun for the whole family on Friday, November 1, 2013, at the Cashman Center. Live entertainment, festive activities, first-class auction items and scrumptious tastings will be on hand for the evening. The award-winning restaurants from The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will be returning with their specialty menu of food and drinks to make this a truly must-attend event.
