The Venetian Hosts Third Annual Carnival of Cuisine
More than 20 restaurants located at the Palazzo and Venetian Las Vegas showcased their award winning cuisine at the third annual Carnival of Cuisine event on Saturday, August 7 from 1 to 4 p.m. inside the Venetian Ballroom. Participating restaurants included Carnevino, CUT, Dos Caminos, Enoteca San Marco, FIRST Food & Bar, Grand Luxe Cafe, Lagasse's Stadium, LAVO, Morel's French Steakhouse & Bistro, Pinot Brasserie, Postrio, SUSHISAMBA, Table 10, TAO Asian Bistro. Along with tastings from the eateries that included five James Beard Award winners, the palate pleasing event also featured cooking demonstrations and live entertainment. In addition, ticket holders had the chance to win prizes including signed cookbooks, restaurant gift certificates and show tickets.
Carnival of Cuisine was presented by Grazie, the premier loyalty program that rewards guests of The Venetian and The Palazzo.
