On May 22, the “Queen of Rock” will be added to the lineup of the
celebrity tribute show, “Legends in Concert” at the Imperial Palace. Of
course, that could only mean Tina Turner, as performed by Lori
Mitchell-Gay who replaces Whitney Houston in the current show. The rest
of the cast includes Jay Leno, Bruce Springsteen, Madonna, Prince and
show staple, Elvis Presley. Tickets range from $34.95 to $59.95. Call

To kick off the Memorial Day weekend this Friday, May 26, the Rio All
Suite Hotel & Casino has announced a concert at Club Rio by Morris Day
and the Time with a special guest appearance by the one and only PRINCE.
Larry Graham and Graham Central Station will also perform. Club Rio
doors open at 8:30PM and show time is 10PM. Tickets are $121.03 and can

The performing The Scintas family (brothers Frankie and Joe, and sister
Chrissi along with “Irish” Scinta Pete O’ Donnell) who have been
entertaining Las Vegas audiences for the past six years are about to
start a three-year gig at the Sahara Hotel & Casino starting May 23.
Their show will include a mix of new material and established audience

Attention teachers! AMC Entertainment and Lionsgate are offering all
teachers in the United States one free ticket to the film “Akeelah and
the Bee” through May 26, 2006. This offer is valid exclusively in all

John Stuart, creator/founder of Legends in Concert, and the acclaimed
“Father” of the worldwide impersonation empire, will be receiving his
own star on the Walk of Stars in front of New York New York on May 31 at
2:30PM. Prior to the star internment, the award ceremony will take place
on May 30 following the Celebrity Impersonators Convention’s noon
luncheon and showcase in the Legends Showroom where Kenny Kerr will
present Stuart with the Life Achievement Award and the Walk of Stars
executives will present him with the star.
Big Band swingers Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, complete with flashy zoot suits
and catchy pop lyrics infused with Rat Pack lingo straight from the 40’s
and 50’s, are hitting the stage for a wailin’ performance at the
Silverton’s Outdoor Events Center on Friday, June 9 at 8PM. All tickets
