MY MEMORIES OF LIZ RENAY
Many friends of Liz Renay, including myself will sure miss the ever
cheerful and interesting Liz.
Liz was famous and also infamous in her lifetime. She was incarcerated
in prison because she would not testify against mobster Mickey Cohen.
Liz wrote her first best seller "My Face For the World To See". Then she
wrote The First Of Thousand Men" while doing 80 beautiful paintings. Liz
was multi-talented. In addition to being a "stripper", Liz was an
actress in many "B" movies; a talented singer who wrote her own lyrics
and songs, and she also a devoted Mother, Grandmother and Great
Grandmother.
Liz was the first woman who ran down Hollywood BLVD completely naked
because of a dare. She lived life to the fullest and was never afraid to
put herself out there.
Liz became one of my best friends when I moved to Las Vegas after a
successful career of my own in Hollywood. Although her health was much
worse then mine, she was always calling to check on me. I will truly
miss Liz Renay.
