"Think" - The Band
Five talented young men have formed a new rock band called “Think”, and I
predict they are going to be stars. Given that they are 16 to 19 years
old, the maturity of their songs is
astounding. It is so refreshing
to hear their music.

The group consists of Brandon Knaff, lead vocals, rhythm guitar; Phillip
Seaton, lead guitar back up vocals; Bomb Knaff, bass, bass back up vocals;
Sam Riddle, keyboards back up vocals; Billy Carmody, drums. Managing the
group are Bomb and Brandon’s parents, Suzi and Brian Knaff.

I went to interview the boys at their home and sat in on their rehearsal. Brandon and Bomb come from
a musical family. So I was surprised to learn that they weren’t
interested in playing any instruments when they were very young. Suzi
said she had drums set up in the house for years, but the boys just
passed them by. They have made up for it once they started playing the
guitars. Phillip, on the other hand, started playing the violin when he
was 6 years old.
Think’s music is written and composed by Bomb, Brandon and Phillip and
they have completed a full CD called “Odyssey” with 11 original songs.
Co producers are Darren Sher and Cris Judd of Lee Grant Productions.
Cris is a noted choreographer and ex husband of J Lo. Cris will be
starring in a new movie called “The Outside” to be released in the fall.
The exciting news is that “Think's” song “Apollo” has been selected for
the movie sound track.

"Think" practices 2 to 6 hours per day and they are dedicated, passionate,
and strive to be the best. Suzi and Brian see this and are
committed to their success and give them support and guidance. Phillip’s
parents John and Loretta Collette Keugh are just as supportive in the
boys future.

The boys have great personalities, are so friendly, and are every mothers
dream of what a son should be. I must add that they are also handsome.
When it came to picking the band’s name they all agreed that they think
out of the box when they write their music. So, it made sense to call
themselves “Think”; a great name for a band. Brandon and Phillip
met when both were attending the Las Vegas Academy of Performing Arts. Shortly after they formed the band.

The band has been together 1 ½ years.
"Think" played at Liberace’s Museum a few weeks ago to an audience of
industry people who gave them a standing ovation.
The Cheyenne Salon on Rancho Drive had a Battle of the Bands and "Think"
was one of four bands competing that evening. At the end of the night
they were selected as the winners.

Judges were Aaron Briese of the Vegas Rock Magazine, Debra Rocha of
Vegas Star Bookings and Wade Aldy of Star Burst Productions. The band
sounded great and Brandon looked like a young version of Mick Jaggar as
he danced and moved with confidence around the stage. I was very
impressed. As I said earlier, “Think” will be famous. I will keep you
posted.
