Xtreme Magic at the Tropicana Hotel is a great show that will entertain the entire family. The exotic cats are the most spectacular feature of the show. White striped blue-eyed Bengal tigers, orange Bengal tigers, black panthers and leopards appeared through out the show. Dirk Arthur introduced the liger, which is part lion and tiger to the audience. Eight of his fourteen animals perform daily in the show. One look at the cats and you can see that they are loved and very well taken care of. Dirk has an endangered species breeding program and all his animals were born in captivity. His most unique cat is the pure white snow tiger.

The magic tricks and illusions are spectacular and the beautiful assistants are a great addition to the show.

The assistants appeared and disappeared in the various prop set ups and were sawed in half. The dancing and costumes are stunning.

Amid the explosion and the smoke Dirk shows his talent as a great illusionist. His warm smile captures the audience and they reward him with constant applause. He wants to please his audience and fans but most important was the care he takes of his precious animals while they are on stage..

I was so impressed and surprised when Dirk made a helicopter appear on the stage. I can see how he was able to entertain millions on NBC’s Worlds Greatest Magic and Animal Planet’s special Big Cat Magic. It is a non stop, fast paced family show and I recommend it highly. Show times are at 2:00 pm & 4:00pm.in the Tropicana Showroom at the Tropicana Hotel. Dark Fridays.

Our Trials
 
I believe that before we come into this life we choose the trials and struggles we will experience. We choose the illnesses that will come over our bodies and maybe cause our death and perhaps we choose the major afflictions of our life. Both our self and God knew what would help us achieve the learning and growth that we need in being here. Do we choose other things as well? Maybe we choose our family in the relationships we all had in the spirit world.

Many people believe that there are no coincidences in this life and everything happens for a reason. Though people usually connect that with the small events in our life, perhaps that also means our illnesses and the people we meet.

No experience is in vain. I believe that no matter how bad a situation may be, something good can always come from it and when you think that way, you will see the silver lining on that cloud and you will gain hope. This hope can be the difference you need to stay sane and keep positive because remember...nothing happens coincidentally. We wanted it to happen and not only that, it's what we need.
