LAS VEGAS – May 12, 2016 – The Lounge and Social, located in the heart of the Palms Casino Resort, continue to offer guests affordable and intimate entertainment, including various performances from all genres. Performances are open to the public, but guests must be 21 years of age and older. Some events listed may have additional fees.

Description: One of the most exciting new bands to develop in Las Vegas over the past few years, The Hal Savar Bandbrings a sizzling interactive show to audiences with a phenomenal mix of equal parts versatile request cover band and original folk rock blues band. The press has called Savar a “Live Human Juke Box” and his band “A cover band on steroids!” With a core group of musicians that are led by Savar as lead singer, this versatile musician brings hundreds of songs masterfully mixed into one show—Folk, Rock, Country, Oldies, Top 40, R&B, Rap, Hip Hop, Reggae, Classic Rock, Blues and more.

Description: Award-winning drummer-turned-front man Paul Charles Campanella has enjoyed a 20-plus-year career as a touring and session drummer, solo artist and backing vocalist with artists such as rock legends Cheap Trick and celebrated blues guitarist Sean Costello. In 2010 Campanella was one of six vocalists hand selected by The Beatles’ famed recording engineer Geoff Emerick to support Cheap Trick in the production of Sgt. Pepper Live at The Paris Hotel & Casino.

Description: Smashing Alice is a straight up hard hitting, in your face, 90’s to modern rock cover band,  performing the best covers in a fast-paced, hard hitting rock ‘n’ roll show. Based out of Las Vegas, the band is comprised of vocalist Rich Lindamood, lead guitarist Todd Kennedy, rhythm guitarist/vocalist Brian Sylvester, bassist Paul Cunningham and drummer Kurtis Kestler. In just a few months, Smashing Alice made quite an impression on the local music scene, quickly becoming a favorite of venues and locals alike. Smashing Alice covers music from Alice in Chains, Foo Fighters, to Marilyn Manson. Artist: Patrick Sieben

Time: 7 – 10 p.m.

Genre: Modern Pop and Classic Hits

Description: Emmy-award winning singer/songwriter Patrick Sieben, from Hastings, Minnesota, has quickly become one of Las Vegas’ top artists, while continuing to travel across the country performing. His performances even include performing for our servicemen and women both domestic and abroad, including stops in Norway and Kuwait with the group Serving Our Troops. Sieben, along with Serving Our Troops, was awarded the 2012 Board of Governors Emmy for efforts that “Showcase the power of broadcasting to advance a mission or message.”

In 2014, Sieben released his sophomore effort Under the Neon Light featuring the single “Sunshine.” Prior to that, the singer found himself with the honor of opening for Bon Jovi during The Circle Tour before he even released his first solo full-length album Awakening.  From national television commercials, to performing for President Clinton, to playing alongside major recording artists, Sieben continues to move his musical career forward.

Description: The Stoney Curtis Band has been working in Los Angeles and Las Vegas clubs for years, making their own brand of psychedelic blues rock, readying their show for the road ahead. Heavily driven in ’60s and ’70s psychedelia, the Stoney Curtis Band bring a high energy to their phenomenal live shows. With influences ranging from Jimi Hendrix, George Thorogood & the Destroyers, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Clapton, and Robin Trower, to electric Chicago blues icons such as Buddy Guy, Howlin’ Wolf, and Muddy Waters – the Stoney Curtis Band continues to keep the city rockin’.
