Lady Gaga’s Wax Likeness Unveiled at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas

In a tribute to the unique performer, on December 9 Lady Gaga’s Las Vegas wax replica was unveiled at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas by Mayor Oscar Goodman. Lady Gaga’s wax likeness is dressed in her Mini Mouse outfit– A one shoulder black latex body suit with long straight hair, topped off with “Mini Mouse” style buns, as seen on a visit to BBC Radio 1 studios, London. The City of Las Vegas also declared the day “Lady Gaga Day.”

In attendance were several “little monsters,” including Lady GaGa impersonators of all sexes, shapes and sizes who had the chance to be the first to see their heroine’s new wax figure.

After the official unveiling at Madame Tussauds the figure and all the lady Gaga's were taken out to the Las Vegas sign on an open top bus for additional photo ops.

To celebrate the new figure’s arrival, the first 100 fans who emulated the wild and unique style of Lady Gaga on December 10, received free admission into the attraction. Anything from telephone and lobster hats, to towering hair and platform shoes were welcome.

Just what the new Lady Gaga figure is wearing was a closely guarded secret as Las Vegas joined seven other attractions around the world in Madame Tussauds most ambitious figure launch ever. The eight styles are classic Gaga and featured in attractions in London, Amsterdam, Berlin, New York, Hollywood, Las Vegas, Shanghai and Hong Kong. All styles were unique and revealed on December 9, 2010.
